If you don't like it, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase and we will issue a refund. It's that simple. Free returns means no restock fee. Simply return your unworn, like new product to us and we will replace, refund or exchange the product at your request.
Your items must in the original packaging. We will reject a return if it is not in new condition.
If you have a problem. We will fix it. It's that simple! You are responsible for the original shipping cost on the first order, and the return shipping to send it back to us.

USPS & UPS for shipment of your orders. It is our policy to ship by the most economical carrier. Some items (such as hazardous materials) have certain rules which will determine what carrier can be used. If you specify the shipment method, we will do our best to send it by the carrier you request.
Limitations per package for both UPS and Parcel Post include weight limitations of 150 lbs. (UPS) or 70 lbs. (Parcel Post) with size limitations of 130 inches (UPS) or 108 inches (Parcel Post).
Orders that exceed these limitations are shipped Motor Freight. UPS packages measuring over 84 inches in length and girth combined will have a minimum charge equal to a package weighing 30 lbs and packages measuring over 108 inches in length and girth combined will have a minimum charge equal to a package weighing 70 lbs.

If you need to track your order, we'll be glad to help.
Upon ordering, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email. Once your item has shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking number and estimated arrival date.
If you know your order number and customer number, you can go to the Order Lookup page, and enter the information. Also, if you're a registered user, you can find your tracking number(s) by going to the Order History page.

If you receive an order in which the products arrive damaged, you MUST report the damages to our customer service team WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!
For UPS shipments, a claim will be made and UPS will follow up with you to investigate. Once a claim is approved, the replacement item will be shipped.
